Refund Policy

At Invinciblu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order (unless your product category warrants a different timeframe, which we’ll note below).

  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition, including any packaging, manuals, accessories, or components.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage (beyond shipping damage), or missing parts may not be accepted for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return / Refund

  • To begin, contact us at support@invinciblu.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a return or refund.

  • We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you instructions and a return authorization (if needed).

  • Follow the return instructions carefully and ship the item back to us using a tracked method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

  • If we cover the return shipping, we’ll let you know the method or label to use.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if you opt to arrange shipping yourself (unless otherwise agreed).

Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 calendar days (less any agreed return shipping costs).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer to exchange the item (for another model, version, or product), contact us at support@invinciblu.com.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through returning the original item and placing the replacement order (including any cost differences).

  • The same return conditions apply to the original item being sent back.

Return Denial

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that don’t meet our policy conditions (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts, late requests).

  • Returns sent without our prior authorization or to incorrect addresses may be rejected.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@invinciblu.com with photos and a description.

  • In such cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement (your choice), subject to investigation.

Special Product Categories (optional / if you have them)

  • Some items (e.g. digital goods, personalized/custom orders, consumables) may be non-refundable or have different return windows.

  • We will clearly state such exceptions in the product description.
